- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★My experience with the staff at the post office has always been great for whatever reason. The people I have dealt with seem very professional and very helpful. However, It would be nice if someone would answer the phone so that I don't have to go personally. (Please note that in 10 years I only needed to call once). In regards to the carriers, all's good in the 10 years I've lived in the zone except for those few times my mail was delivered to someone else's house and vise versa. Not an ongoing problem though, but just thought I'd mention because my tax return was one of them that was sent to someone else and just recently I had a valuable package with a tracking number delivered to another mail box. Had me running around. I know that mistakes happen but please get it right. I'll still rate a five star cause in the 10 years, and after thousands of letters delivered,, these have been my only issues and not an ongoing problem.By H99, May 03, 2017
